He showed up on time, realized right away the type of roof I had called about (sunroom aluminum and foam) was not something they handled, but he still got up on the shingle roof and pointed out portions that were not properly completed by the sunroom installers and gave me good advice about how to proceed. She is a private person and the type to get stressed out over the most simple of things and was nervous about getting this done, (she’s been putting it off for almost 3 years).
